PCL-ED, JV are the Construction Managers responsible for the refurbishment of Canada’s main Parliament building, Centre Block. Following an extensive public tender process, PCL-ED, JV contracted with Wills Transfer for our warehousing requirements for the next ten years. The first thing that struck us about Wills was the cleanliness and organization of their main Ottawa warehouse. It was clear to us that Wills Transfer take their work and the custody of their clients assets most seriously. Added to that is the friendliness and professionalism of their personnel. Everyone is there to help and they have clearly demonstrated the necessary skills and expertise that we require.
