Warehouse Health & Safety Procedures
Wills Transfer understands and accepts that occupational health and safety (OH&S) plays a fundamental role in the productivity and quality of our work. We are committed to the rules and regulations of health and safety policies and participate in all government-regulated obligations, certifications and training programs.
We strive to maintain the highest standard possible in workplace health and safety. We continuously achieve this through proper management, compliance to all legislation and organized teamwork.
As the 3PL industry continues to advance, safety training programs and protocols must evolve to ensure that our teams can do their jobs safely and efficiently.
Wills Transfer follows the Occupational Health and Safety Act, which applies to every worker, manager, employer and workplace in Ontario. This includes all workplace owners, constructors and suppliers of equipment or materials to workplaces.
In addition, Wills Transfer is in compliance and good standing with the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), responsible for providing workers’ compensation to Ontario workers.
