Wills Transfer takes your Security & Privacy Protection seriously throughout the entire supply chain. Whether your goods are at one of our Distribution Centres or on a Wills Trailer in transit, you can be confident your products and privacy are secure with us.

Security Safeguards

We can track our transportation equipment in real time with built in GPS and our day cab Drivers use ISAAC ELD (electronic logging devices) when on the road. Wills Transfer drivers are trained in load securement, hazard recognition and, TDG (transportation of dangerous goods). All additional layers of protection for your products while in transit to our Distribution Centres.

Our seven Distribution Centres have 24-hour security systems, fire & water monitoring, restricted access points and interior/ exterior video surveillance. We can present fenced and gated yards as well as glad hand locks for dropped trailers that may require a direct point of security.

Our employees are assigned Personal ID Badges that include their photo along with traceable security access FOBs, and all staff are comprehensively trained to understand and uphold our security and privacy protocols. Bio-Security (controlled goods) Wills Transfer SOP

Privacy Protection

Ensuring our clients’ data is secure and private, Wills Transfer’s IT Department provides our clients with confidential passwords and logins to view their inventory within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Confidential client inventory information is never shared nor is client activity tracked within our WMS. Your electronic data retention is maintained for a minimum of seven years, or the client’s specified time, whichever is longer.
